Sheets will be on bed or in the mud room downstairs Garage. 2 car but expect to be able to park 1 unless the boat is in it, then all parking is in driveway. If important please ask. We subscribe to high speed internet service, but cannot guarantee that service will be uninterrupted due to bad weather or factors beyond control. For all passwords see our 595Grand binder that will be in the house. No land lines. Cell phones sometimes work on the deck, rarely in house. We have an AT&T booster and you can added to this prior to your arrival, but must be an AT&T customer.
House has a spa on deck. Please keep covered when not in use. Good temperature is 100-101.
Deck / Patio : 1 large deck off living area, plus 3 private decks. Private decks are upstairs in the main house and 2 off the Studio. Outdoor Furniture: Large table and chairs that seats 6-8. Has umbrella Outdoor Gas Grill 2 Lounge Chairs Multiple chairs on decks and in garage Beach Chairs : 2 Outdoor toys We have a couple bikes available** If the bike is unlocked you can use it. Air pump is in the garage We recommend you bring your own bikes. Plastic bin of snow gear can be used if needed. **Please do not use Downhill Mountain Bikes, XC bike, Skis, Boards, Boots, Poles or the Boats/Kayak.
